Paton House Rental Agreement
HOUSE RULES & REGULATIONS:

No smoking inside the property

No pets (a penalty of $700 will be charged if this rule is breached)

A maximum of 1 guest vehicle may be parked in the parking area directly in front of the house

No parties or events
-
No loud noise or behaviour that may disturb neighbours

Guests must follow all local laws and ordinances

The house is AS IS. Please report any issues or damage to the host immediately so we can assist promptly.
SECURITY DEPOSIT & DAMAGES:

A security deposit of $300 is required and will be refunded within 2 day of check-out, provided no damage is found (note: security deposit is not required for Airbnb bookings)

Guest agrees to be responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES:

Check-in time: 3PM (early check-in subject to availability)

Check-out time: 10AM (late check-out may incur additional fees)

Guest must return all access tags and beach towels upon departure
LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION:

The Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during the Guest's stay.

The Guest assumes full responsibility for any damages or injuries that occur on the premises.
TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT:

Violation of any terms in this Agreement may result in immediate termination without refund.
GOVERNING LAW:
​
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Western Australia.
AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE:

By booking Paton House, both parties agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
