Paton House Rental Agreement

No pets (a penalty of $700 will be charged if this rule is not followed)
Paton House has no on-site parking. A maximum of 1 guest vehicle in the parking spots directly in front of the house. There is additional free street parking along South Terrace. Please park legally in surrounding streets and observe all parking restrictions
Respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum at all times
Parties, events and large gatherings are strictly prohibited
Only registered guests may stay overnight. The maximum occupancy must not be exceeded
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property
Please dispose of rubbish and recycling in the appropriate bins provided
The house is rented AS IS. Promptly report any accidental damage or maintenance issues
Follow all safety instructions and do not tamper with smoke alarms or other safety equipment

Thank you for helping us protect this beautiful heritage home and being considerate of our neighbours.

A security deposit of $300 is required and will be refunded within 2 days of check-out, provided no damage is found (note: security deposit is not required for Airbnb bookings)
Guest agrees to be responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear

The Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during the Guest's stay.
The Guest assumes full responsibility for any damages or injuries that occur on the premises.

Violation of any terms in this Agreement may result in immediate termination without refund.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Western Australia.

By booking Paton House, both parties agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
